Good luck folks,

Not to worry about all this exercise and fitness gaining that the race shall induce for you all; with it being a race in Scotland, i am sure that the finish line shall be positioned close to a 'chippy' full of deep fried food so that normal service can resume ASAP (when you get there).

Everyone should check out the Stirling Observer Friday edition 30 April Stirling's leading local newspaper the ONLY paper worth reading!! The Balfron 10K team looks like an advert for a new drama series for Sky TV. Not so much River City but more "Rivers under the Cutter" they all look like dodgy characters if you ask me!! I must say though I would rather see the end of race photo. If you  post a pic I will donate £20 worth every penny. LOL Magsiexx
